Hello there and happy Saturday! If you are looking something to inspire your crafting, then I have a suggestion to you! Head over to the Kraft Plus challenge site and see what's the current challenge is all about. You can see it here (link).
If you checked the post, you noticed that Scrap FX is sponsoring the challenge and part of the team is guesting in the challenge blog. Here's my take on the challenge with the sketch and hound's tooth pattern.
I had a bit of a boo boo in the page. The challenge requires that the background of the page is kraft and I honestly thought I still had a sheet. But no, couldn't find any in my selves and there wasn't any in the local shop either. So I had to improve and whip up the background another way. So I got a pack of card bases and made the background using them.
The page is about our daughters's room. We renovated it during last summer to fit the needs of the future school girls and I really like how it turned out. I guess it's also the most designed room in our apartment as it's been redone the most. First from our bedroom to the nursery, then to toddlers's room and now to school going kids's room.
There's many Scrap FX items used in the page. I started with some stencil and stamp work and then used different chippies to decorate the page. I also included the "left off" of the star set in my page.
Thank you for stopping by today! Have a great weekend!
