I'm trying my luck for the Prima team and blogged the three application projects in one post already. During the month I'm now blogging each one individually also with the detail shots and some words about them also.
Here's my first project - a layout using different Finnabair products but I mixed some other collections in there as well. The topic of the page is my first tattoo and the XOXO in the title refers to the meaning of the tattoo to me. In the design there's the initials of my loved ones.
I started the page by applying a touch of gesso in the paper and then applied mists in two ways on top. Fist layer is just randomly sprayed but the second one I misted through a stencil creating the bubbling pattern. On top I layered two other stencils, too, but this time I used Prima chalk inks as the medium. There's also some stamping and doodling, both with a pencil and Prima watercolors, in the page.
The embellishments include the lovely Mechanicals but I also mixed some Junkyard Findings in there. I also dared to use the first of the two medals to this page and added some bling with the crystals.
