Hello there! Today I have a special layout as this is not done for any team I'm in but instead inspired by an older layout of mine. The back story is that I got asked if my layout "Biker" could be used in a scraplift challenge. I was honored about such a request and ended up doing my own interpretation of the page as well. You can join the challenge here at Swe Scrapbook (link)!
The page itself is done about my first tattoo. The title of the page "Letters of love" refers to the tattoo itself - the random looking lines hold the initial of my loved ones in there. The tattoo artist Kaloian said that he doesn't even try to edit my sketch as he didn't make out the letters but instead really drew the lines to my skin based on my initial doodling. Well, drew them straighter than my doodled version!
I used the same placement as in the first layout and also the color scheme is the same but a lot has changed as well. For example I interpret the circular patterns in the previous layout with the tsraigh lines, mimicking the tattoo. Like in the "Biker" page I used flair buttons and thread, too.
Thank you for stopping by! Do you ever use your own creation as your original source of inspiration?

I just love this! The colors, the theme, the photo.... and especially the lines on the background, that matches the whole theme perfectly.
Ah I love this and I love your tat... I would so love to get one but I am allergic to pigment :( That looks sooooo cool and the layout is wonderful. Love the colours and the geometric design is fab.
Thank you :")
