Hello there! Turn of the month means new challenges on monthly challenge sites! There's also a new challenge at Craft Stamper blog and that one's a treat: use any technique from any issue of Craft Stamper 2014! So get your magazines out and go through them to find inspiration! Or if you don't have the magazines, just take a look of the previous Craft Stamper challenges as they are based on the magazine articles.
I was deeply inspired by Magda Polokow's "The Tape Texture" background technique from May 2014 issue. I fell in love with the textures the first time I saw the magazine and wanted to have a go. As the background is so powerful and intriguing by itself, I wanted to keep other elements on the card quite minimum. Just a stamped focal point - the 3rd Eye flower and a stamped greeting with a few strips of washi tapes.
Thank you for stopping by today! I wish you a great start to the week!
Materials: 3rd Eye, Tattered Angels, Talens, Ranger, Teippitarha, MT Masking Tape, Stampers Anonymous, Copic
