My Easter Bunnies

Hi there peeps! How's your week started? I've been keeping busy with work and crafts! Many new projects on my worktable for future months.

This Easter layout was originally made for PaperHause Magazine, but as the newest number never saw daylight because of the busy schedule Frank has nowadays, I share it with you now. The page is about my two little Easter bunnies painting two ceramics bunnies. I bought them from a dollar store style place for my girls to paint and they were so delighted!

I started with making a monoprint with pinks and gold to the background using a Gelliplate. On top I stanciled some golden sparks using a 3rd Eye stencil and also drew a heart using Tattered Angels mists. On top I layered the patterned papers and embellishments using the same color scheme - pink, red and gold. as the page seemed to lack something I then made a pair of bunny ears and attached them to the top of the photo.

Thank you for taking a look!

Ps. Etsitkö suomenkielisiä tekstejä? Vaihdoin kuun alusta pelkästään englannin kieliseen kirjoittamiseen aikapulan takia. Toivottavasti silti jatkat blogini lukijana taikka kävijänä! Kiitos! Kurssit toki pidän edelleen suomeksi - esim. Haminassa (linkki)!

I promised to stay away from a jelli-plate.... I have seen such cool stuff with it though I am not sure how long my resolution will last... :( This is gorgeous. I love the colours again.
