Poinsettia card - WOW! Embossing Powder and Paper Rose Studio blog hop

Hello and welcome to the WOW! Embossing Powder & Paper Rose Studio Collaboration blog hop! We are so excited to show case to you all the great and amazing designs from our two Design Teams. Actually, the hop started already yesterday with a fabulous line-up and it continues today! So see a bit further down the post for the day 1 and day 2 hop lists!

What would a blog hop be without a giveaway? If you want to be in, please leave a comment on each hop for your chance to win one of our $25 Gift Card from both WOW! Embossing Powder and Paper Rose Studio shops. You have until November 18th to comment and the giveaway is open internationally! The winners will be chosen at random from the comments left on all the blog posts. So, the more you comment, the more chances you have to win!

If you arrived to my blog from Michelle Lupton, you are on the right track. Your next stop is Donna Lewis. But please stay a bit longer as there's a video, too!

If you get lost along the way here is the line up for day 2:

But now to my actual make! I used Poinsettia Corner clear stamp set from Paper Rose Studio in my card. As you can see from the detail above, I used Metallic Gold Rich embossing powder to make it sparkly and festive. I used plain water-based markers to color the image. I also used another embossing powder in my make, or rather an embossing glitter. Those little half-pearls are made using Cranberry Sparkle embossing glitter. And I also used Bright White Ultra High embossing powder to make some flurry-like details to my card. If you want to see how I made the card, please see the video below!

Thank you so much for joining the celebration today! Once again, the next person in the hop lineup is Donna Lewis! And don't forget to comment for a chance to win! Winners will be announced on Thursday November 19th on both the WOW! Embossing Powder and Paper Rose Studio blogs.

Have a great, crafty weekend!

The embossing, and having only some Poinsettias 3D, looks just wonderful. I really like how you focused on only the corner of the card.
