Moikka! Today it's time for this week's "oldie from the drafts" post! Well, this isn't that old, but still has been in the drafts for some months. The card is done using powders that were released in the beginning of the year.
The background patter is done using a WOW! stamp "Round and Round" and "Disco Ball" embossing powder. I used the same stamp to create the transparent strip on top also but a different powder. The sentiment and rings are embossed using "Platinum".
