Pale Christmas cards - Sizzix

Moikka and happy Friday! Today I'm blogging a bunch of Holiday cards I made using Sizzix dies and a pale color scheme. All of the cards have white and pale blue. Then there's some variation between kraft and a chocolate brown. Each card also has similar composition and background.

Each of the cards have some inked dots in the background. I used the same stencil in all of them, but I used blue in two and brown tones in one. There's also some stamping and pencil doodles in the background.

The first of the three is done using Thinlits "Pop Up House" die. All of the circles, which make up the background behind the focal point are cut using Framelits "Circles" die set. What all of the cards also have in common is the stamped greeting in Finnish. It reads "Rauhallista joulunaikaa", which translates "Peaceful Christmas time".

The second card in made using Thinlits "Santa's Helper" die set. There's a couple of different blue cardstocks from the Surfacez cardstock pack - one for the circle, one for the present. I also used some silver to make the bow to the present. The hat and slippers are cut out of chocolate brown where as the elf is cut from kraft cardstock. The white details are done using a white Posca pen.

The third card is actually made using two different die sets - Thinlits "Winter Foliage" die set and "Festive Set" die set. The branch is from the Foliage where as the bauble is from the Festive. White details are again done using a white Posca pen.

Thank you for stopping by today! Have a pleasant weekend!
