Hi there and lovely Tuesday! Today I have a Facebook live announcement to make! This Saturday, October 17th I have a Facebook live on my blog's Facebook page about this mixed media piece.
The live is my other Facebook live as a guest designer for Craft O'Clock. I'm working with a collection called "Beauty Restless". The tones in the collection are really beautiful - the combination of inky blues and vintage paper captures imagination. I use the collection together with some extra cut outs to create a mixed media box. And naturally I include quite an array of different mediums! If you want to see a glimpse what I'll be using, please see the materials list a bit further down the post.
The idea of the box came from the tones of the "Beauty Restless" combined to the butterflies of the extra cut-outs. I also loved the look of the old scissors in the collection!
