Hostages to Fortune

Hiya there! How's your week been so far? Yesterday I shared a project that was published in Ihana magazine. This card and a dimensional project I'm sharing tomorrow were meant for Craft Stamper, but unfortunately the virus situation caused it to cease to publish. But I can still share the two projects with you!

One of my ideas behind these projects were to use Finnabair Matte waxes. Yes, they are in there even though you might not spot them immediately! In this card I used the Matte waxes to add a layer to the little barnacles but also to the nautical window pane.

The jellyfish is a Carabelle Studio stamp and I've stamped it on top of alcohol inked vellum to get that translucent feel of the creature. There's also some WOW! Embossing Powder clear glitter embossing powder on top of the jelly. The creature is mounted on top of a self-made wobbler part, so it floats in front of the window.

Thank you for stopping by today! Please head back tomorrow to see the other jellyfish creation!

Materials: Prima Marketing, WOW! Embossing Powder, Carabelle Studio, Sizzix, Pentart, Tsukineko, Sinelli
