Hello and great Sunday! Start of August means that autumn is closing in, but the days are still warm enough here in Finland to keep garden parties. With that in mind, as well as the new Sizzix dies I got, I chose to make some little masks. They can be used as decorations or as masks. A lot of the new release is connected to Halloween and Christmas as they are the big holidays coming up, but there's a little something else, too, like these masks. They are from the set "Masquerade". I cut the masks using the Sizzix cardstock in yellow, pink and red. I used the same colors plus green and pale yellow to cut the embellishments for the masks. The embellishments are cut using "Pretty Posey" and "Butterflies" die sets.
After decorating the masks, I attached them to grill sticks I had covered using washi tape. Quick and easy and makes a lovely decoration to a party or a masquerade! Or if you use metallic shades and glitter, they might make up a lovely New Years decoration!
