Skies turn grey - Prima Marketing

Is it sunshine or raining cats and dogs where you live? Yesterday Prima's blog post was all about April showers. I actually did two projects for the post as this was the first and I thought that maybe it's bending the theme too far. “Who will be there when the skies turn grey? Turisas, you can count on us!” I did a bit different take on the April showers theme! The first line as well a the title of the page comes from the lyrics of my favorite band, Turisas. And skies usually are grey when it rains and pours. Naturally the lyrics don’t mean it literally, but still. 

I wanted to use blues and blacks in the page to keep it in the theme of rain showers and grey clouds. St. Tropez seemed like the perfect fit with the grungy papers and good colors. As the band is Finnish heavy metal, I just needed to add a lot of metal to the page in form of embellishments.
