Be who you want to be - Artists Live

Hello there and happy Saturday! Do you have creative plans for the weekend? I have work shifts both days but hopefully will get a little crafty play during the evenings anyway!

Here's a page I did this Monday during the Artists Live Ustream show. You do know that we have a live event every Monday where different scrapbookers and crafters create an hour long project and explain their process? As I said I was on last Monday and next Monday we have lovely Terhi guesting! Here's a link to the Facebook event for the show (link)

As I explained during the show the idea behind this page, or rather the sample page (link), became from one of my earlier videos that's on the top of the list in my channel. It's a monochromatic piece originally created for Mixed Media Place (link). So I decided to use that as a jumping off point and created a layout in the shades of grey, black and white. You can see the materials I used and also links to them in the sample page post here (link)

This time the recording process worked well and the show can be seen on the Artists Live Ustream channel (link) and also in the Artists Live YouTube (link). I also added the video here underneath if you'd like to see! Just grab a cup of tea or coffee and relax!

Hope you liked the process! If you want to stay on top of things, please also like the Artists Live Facebook page (link) as we announce all the future events there!

Thank you for stopping by today! Wishing you an inspiring weekend!

  2. Beautiful, Riikka. I have not been able to catch the live shows lately - life keeps getting in the way - but what is one to do, but I do love to watch the videos and am headed to watch this one now - I know it will be wonderful.
