Today I have a layout with a video for you! This project is done fro ScrapFX.
I was going through my Scrap FX stash for this post and noticed the circular chippie next to the feathers and immediately a though of a dream catcher hit me. So I used that as my guide and made it my main idea for the composition. Luckily I had several different feathers to add to my project!
The biggest feathers are made using a foam stamp and acrylic paint. The little ones are chippies and I covered those with glimmering embossing powder. The "charms" hanging underneath the dream catcher are the map pointers turned upside down. Those and the stars are covered with golden embossing powder.
The title in the layout is done using the small alphas. I first glued the chippies to the background and then carefully covered those using a Liquid Pearls medium. The title refers to my topic - a dream to travel again, a wish to go on a vacation. Luckily we have a summer trip planned!
