Little Owl - CSI #68

Hello! How are you? You know what Saturday meand, right - CSI time! Here's my page for the newest challenge, Case File #68.

I was really inspired by the triangles in the Evidence part of the File, so I created a bunch of them using paper scraps and made that background. Then I added some ink splashes and doodling. I used two Project Life cards for the paper layers together with some patterned papers and vellum. Then I added just a few embellishments and finally dropped some gesso, colored with mist on top of every thing.

The journaling of the layout is at the tag, behind the photo. It tells about my sweet little owl, my older girl. She's only four, but oh so wise! She's also a little joker and story teller. One of her favourite books is roughly translated "All lost", which tells about a little owl that fell down from the nest and then is searching for mommy owl with the help of a squirrel. After taking him to a bear, a rabbit and a frog, the squirrel takes the little owl to his mommy and the little owl cries out "Mommyyyyyyy!" - my little owl used to do the same when ever I came home from grocery shopping or something like that.

Evidence: clouds (actually just one), circles (stamped), polka dots (patterned paper), stripes (patterned paper), scallops (edge of the blue paper), paint (gesso), pen work (doodling), triangles (background)

Testimony: Inspiration words: wise, whimsy, up

Mukavaa lauantaita! Tässä on sivuni uusimpaan CSIn haasteeseen, numero #68.

Minua inspiroi kovin "Testimony"-osiosta löytyvät kolmiot. Käytin kuviopapereiden ja kuultopaperin ohella kaksi Project Life -korttia paperikerroksiin. Sitten lisäsin muutaman koristeen ja lopuksi pisaroita mistillä värjäämälläni gessolla.

Sivun tarinointi löytyy valokuvan takaa pilkistävästä tagista. Tarinointi on kirjoitettu pikku pöllöstäni, vanhemmasta tyttärestäni.
