Moikka moi! Happy Halloween to those who celebrate it! Today I have an art journal spread to share. It's done for A.B.Studio.
Like so often, I mixed different collections in this one, too. I found it fun to juxtapose vintage feels with quite modern patterns. The background is quite a modern one to my eye, but I layered some elements like vintage lace pattern, old letters and a ruffle cut from another sheet on top.
There's also a storytelling aspect involved. There's a line in the left page saying "Deep in the secret chambers of my heart" and two word elements on the right side - "wish" and "training of the imagination". Those latter two are placed on top of a cut out camera motif. The story I was pondering when making this was the secret desire to be a photographer of the lady in the left page.
Thank you for stopping by today! Wishing you a nice autumn week!
