Moikka! It's Wednesday and time for a card! I've been sharing some card projects I made using the newest WOW collection. They were made as show samples for Hochanda. This one is made using "In the Navy" as well as "Halo".
I used the opaque navy blue powder to stamp the flower and the greeting. I then colored the flower using two blues and then added a touch of sparkle on top using the "Halo" powder. It's a clear embossing glitter. I also used the same powder to make a white glitter cardstock piece to back the pale blue with the flower.
