Can you believe it's already Wednesday? I had the Monday and Tuesday off and now I'm completely confused about the dates!
But here's a page that went live yesterday on ScrapFX blog. It's about a star moment, a real wow weekend in my life. The ladies beside me in the picture are the amazing Brit and Linda. These wonderful ladies invited me to teach in their event in Egersund, Norway in the beginning of this year and it was totally amazing. I loved every moment of it!
I used the color scheme taken from the photo and more over my "teaching coat" with black, white, grey and yellow. I started the page with the "Alpha" stencil and some mist. Next I layered some stamping on top using the "Number Panel" stamp and acrylic ink. I also added ink through the "Triangles" stencil and some pen work through the "Random Dots" one.
I then layered the "left over" from the "Seeing Stars" chipboard on top of some modeling paste so that the paste comes through the star shaped openings. I remember Wilna Furstenberg doing similar thing using a die cut instead of a chipboard. Lastly I decorated the page with different chipboards, some of which I colored black using a black pen.
