Hi there an a pleasant Sunday! Do you remember the blog hop I participated? The one with the new stamps designed by Birgit Koopsen to Carabelle Studio? Well, the hop is now done and the winners are being posted! So please check this post (link) to see if you won in my blog and then follow the links there to find out if you were the lucky one in some other blog!
But back to the layout I'm sharing today. This is one of the six layouts I send to Birgit for the Stempel Mekka launch of her stamps. She asked a few designers to create samples using her stamps and I was one of the lucky ones! I was so taken about the honor!
This layout is about my family, us four. The picture is taken on a day we played tourists in our home town. We happened to stand on a ring in the tram stop and before I got the picture, the girls were running off. So I asked them to come closer again thus "staging" the ring again.
I used two of the new stamps in the piece creating the mixed media background and also some "fake" washi tape accents. I also recorded a video to show you my process with this piece.
Thank you again for your visit today! I'm wishing you a great, pleasant Sunday! If you have some creative time planned, why not join the Scrap Around The World challenge? You still got a few days!
