Peculiar winged things - a pair of ATCs

Hello hello! It's a new week and new projects to blog! Today I have a pair of ATCs for you. They have something in common with the pair of cards I shared last week, while they look totally different.

In the card post (link) I wrote how I've started to use my stash of papers. Those papers that I have really liked but at the time, there didn't seem to be enough time to use them as "more pressing projects" needed my attention. In these ATCs I used such elements as well.

The background is from a P13 paper pad I've been hanging onto quite a while. It's a combination of inky blue, old paper beige and rusty browns, so right down my alley. Also the focal point moths are cut from a P13 sheet and, if my memory serves me correctly, the layered florals, too. The moths and the background are from a collection called "Soulmate".

I paired the paper elements with a metal embellishment. The tokens are from a Halloween set, but I thought that "Peculiar things" and "Wicked Spells" fitted somewhat the theme.

Thank you so much for stopping by today! Wishing you a great week!

Materials: P13, PaperArtsy, Ranger, Tim Holtz Idea-ology
