Hello there and happy Monday! Today I'm sharing a layout for Scrap FX with you and also have a little treat as I recorded a video of my process. I started by creating that background and continued by giving the chippies different treatments.
The page is about what my daughter is wearing in the photo - the fascinator styled thing we made together. They had this event at the kindergarten where they should wear a hat. So I bought some headbands and then me and the girls made the hat thingies together. I actually have a similar photo of my younger daughter, too, so I need to make a similar page for her as well! Maybe I can use my own video as the source of inspiration?
As you can see from the video, I started with the "Botanical" stencil and some mist. I also used the "Damask" stencil and "Blossom Stem" stamp in the background. The main element in the composition is the "Native Flora Frame" which I treated with Modeling Paste.
The title is made of a wordlet "Perfection". The "Word Key" and "Love to Infity" are treated with golden embossing powder and used as decorations and the bow from the "Mini Bows B" set is coated with pale yellow embossing powder to match the yellows of the page.

Yeah I love this one and that brush looks so cool.. will have to see if I can find one here. I never think to use my stencils with mists. love your style and your videos are such a help for me.
