Reading is Fun - Prima Marketing

It's Monday and start of a new week! Yay! Loving the touch of spring we are having here in Finland - there's more light and there's just something in the air that says spring. Still snow on the ground and freezing temperatures during nights, but can't wait the first flowers emerge.

The sun has the same effect on me every year - I get this urge for yellow. Our apartment is mostly black and white but each spring my eye starts to go to all things yellow. So even though this page is done several months ago, the color palette is that of my spring!

This page was made for Prima's CHA booth using some of the new products like the Alphabet Cards which I used to make the background. The letters there spell "lukeminen" which means reading in Finnish. In the time I was making the page, both of my daughters were just learning to read. It’s fun how they go so hand in hand in that even though there’s almost two years age difference. This page is dedicated for my older one who now reads short snippets by herself. I guess I next need to do a similar page to my younger one, too!

Thank you for stopping by today!

Riikka,
Your page is so very pretty - and does have Spring colors. The photo of your daughter is adorable! The weather here in Illinois is similar - we have warm days and then we'll have a snow day - but I can't wait for Spring to open the windows and get fresh air. Then the Summer which I love!
