Flower decoration - Prima Marketing

I have two memories of Christmas decorations from my childhood. The other is a Santa Claus shaped statue my mom always lifted up the table when December started. And I didn’t like it at all, I thought it looked a bit scary even.

The other is a music box style hanging ornament my grandparents had. When you pulled the thread underneath the ornament played “Silent Night”. It was a huge red, metallic ball so when I started to create this ornament, I had that in mind. Instead of making a glittery or shiny ball, I covered a Styrofoam ball with blooms!

I made this piece for the 12 Days of Christmas series on Prima blog. Here's the link to the original post (link). As you might remember, there's always a card, a tag and an ornament in the posts so there's more inspiration for you in the company blog!

Wishing you a lovely day!
