You - GDT Um WOW Studio

Um Wow Studio had a GDT call some time ago. I applied and was chosen to be one of the GDT's! I'm so honored and thankful for the opportunity! Here's a layout I made for them. 

"I scrapbook about my supportive, understanding, awesome hubby way too seldom! So this time I thought I'd make him the center of attention and let him shine! 

I created a sunburst pattern to the background by using masking tape and sticky back canvas and added more texture with modeling paste and stencils. I colored the background using mists and created an ombre effect - the colors are a bit lighter in the middle than around the edges. In the middle I added layers of paper, his photo and finished the layout with the Um WOW embellishments. 

The frame is colored with white Distress Stain. I adhered a little piece of paper coated with double sided tape to the back of the frame. To the heart I added gold glitter and to the text I added black embossing powder."

Um Wow Studiolla oli GDT-haku tovi sitten. Lähetin hakemuksen ja olin yksi valituista! Olen otettu ja kiitollinen tästä mahdollisuudesta! Tämän sivun tein heidän vierailevana suunnittelijanaan.  

"Skräppään kannustavasta, ymmärtävästä, mahtavasta aviomiehestäni aivan liian harvoin! Joten tällä kerralla ajattelin tehdä hänestä keskipisteen ja antaa hänen loistaa! 

Loin sivun taustalle sädekuvion maalarinteipillä ja tarrataustaisella kanvaasilla. Päälle lisäsin tekstuuria kohopastalla ja sabluunoilla. Värjäsin taustan misteillä ja pyrin luomaan siihen liukuvärjätyn efektin - reunat ovat keskikohtaa tummemmat. Keskelle kerrostin kuviopapereita, valokuvan ja viimeistelin sivun Um Wow Studion koristeilla.

Kuvan päällä oleva kehys on värjätty valkoisella Distress Stainillä. Liitin kehyksen taakse pienen kaksipuolisella tarrakalvolla päällystetyn paperin palan. Sydämeen lisäsin kultaglitteriä ja tekstin embossasin mustalla kohojauheella."
