Just a typed note - a card

Moikka moi! It's again a new week and new posts! Today I have a little, simple card to share. 

Ever since I bought the stamp set with this vintage typewriter, I've been yearning to use it. I've had it on my craft table a couple of times, but it hasn't made it to the project. But this time I set out to use just the typewriter and found the perfect background for it. Or at least it immediately got me inspired! 

The background paper is from an older P13 paper pad and it inspired me to die cut some foliage growing out of the typewriter. I used Sizzix dies for that. To heighten the vintage feel, I also stamped the machine on top of kraft cardstock using black ink. To add a couple of layers to the back, I used masking tape, a sticky back cut-out and some watercolors.
